Benton County Attorney Position

Benton County has an opening for its County Attorney position beginning in January, 2009.  The County Attorney issues legal opinions and advice to the county government on a variety of issues, such as personnel and FOI issues, represents the county in civil litigation, and attends county government meetings and provides advice as needed.  the applicant must have knowledge of county government and applicable state laws.  Active legal experience is required.  Salary commensurate with experience.
